Great new facility.... but service is quite slow. I shouldn’t have to wait well over an hour for just an oil change given I had a set appointment. Update: Darryl is the only reason why I’m updating this review to 5 stars. I’ve had another unfortunate experience with service, and although he is the sales manager he handle the situation beyond expectation (again) as he did last time. Truly wish the service department was managed by someone like Darryl.

In 2002, we bought our first car from Dixie Hyundai. Since that 2002 Sonata we have leased a 2003 Elantra, 2005 Santa Fe, 2008 Sonata, and a 2009 Santa Fe. While that seems great, we live in London, a mere 165 km from the dealership. The reason that I have maintained a relationship with this particular dealership is solely based on the trust and honesty that comes from the Service Manager, Jody Clarke. Mr Clarke has been tremendously helpful on numerous occasions and has offered helpful advice and made sure that our vehicles were returned in fantastic shape. The round trip to Dixie Hyundai is often closer to four hours, but due to the impeccable service and trust that has been developed, I wouldn't take my car elsewhere.

The person who is amazing in the 401 Dixie Hyundai is Drew. He is amazing and wonderful person whom I met when I purchased my car. They are such a amazing and great person in 401 Dixie Hyundai. I have a great experience with the 401 Dixie Hyundai. I like the over all service whenever I went there in past. The staff is so helpful and they are so nice. They treat you very well on top of everything. When you visit there all staff members start working on your things and give you the results that you want and you feel so happy. The people of 401 Dixie Hyundai is top class by nature. They are so humble and hard working person who can give you best car deal in the town. Thank You so much once again 401 Dixie Hyundai for a great customer experience that I have with your dealership.

Congratulations on your great new facilities! Very impressive. My husband and I came in last month for service and love your spacious new digs. At the same time we want to let you know that we continue to be impressed by Jody Clark and his service team. We have been customers of 401 Dixie for years, having bought both our cars there and know we can trust him to take care of our cars and we absolutely rely on him for his advice. We spent hours with your very competent sales people both times we came in to purchase our new cars but realize the true stars have been Jody and his people who have taken care of our service needs through the YEARS.
